The Summer Meeting will be held at The University of Birmingham July 3rd 2015; for the final programme and directions, see below.

The timeline is short for registration.  Please pay for your booking by PayPal if you can by going to this site, and email the confirmation with the booking form to Luke Alderwick no later than Friday 5th June. If you do not use PayPal please send a cheque payable to the Acid Fast Club along with your booking form to Luke

Call for abstracts

Offered papers should be sent on this form to the meetings secretary, Tine Arnvig (k.arnvig <AT> no later than Friday 24th April.  All papers should include the title, affiliation of each author and a short summary (no more than 100 words). Papers cannot be considered after the club’s committee meeting.

Nominations for new members may also be sent to Tine Arnvig. Please provide the name of the nominating and seconding members and the full contact details of the proposed member no later than Friday 24th April.

Remember that if you nominate a new member you should expect to attend the meeting!

AFC Winter 2015 meeting registration

The Acid Fast Club Winter Meeting 2015 & AGM

to be held on Friday 9th January 2015

at The National Institute for Medical Research, Mill Hill, London NW7 1AA

Programme for the Winter Meeting and AGM which will be held at NIMR, Mill Hill on January 9th 2015. This will be the last of many memorable Acid Fast Club meetings at Mill Hill and I hope that as many of you as possible will be able to attend. For those who could not attend the anniversary meeting in Berlin, included in the winter programme is a fascinating perambulation through the history of the Club by Ann Rawkins.

The timeline is short for registration. Please register by emailing your forms to Teresa Cortes by midnight December 12th and also pay any registration fees for your guests and payment for the post-talks buffet reception via the PayPal link here (cheques sent to Teresa only if you cannot negotiate PayPal)
